- Prepare the lesson language items (words or chunks to be reviewed) on separate cards or be ready to write them quickly on the board.
-Divide your class in two groups. Ask one learner from each group to come to the front of the class and stand with their backs to the board.
-Stick / Write a word or a chunk on the board.
-The groups now compete to make their team-mate at the front to say exactly what is written on the board. They do this by describing the word or giving an example sentence (without mentioning the word itself, of course)
-Whoever says the language item first gets a point for their team, and then two other players come to the front and the game goes on.
