On 22 May, I had the pleasure of participating in the Peer Exchange Session during the eTwinning Basic Skills Fair focused on Mathematics.

I was excited to share the Water Bill Tracking Activity implemented within our international eTwinning project Let's Learn Together  Let's Grow Together #skillsforlife.     

During the activity, students monitored their families’ water consumption over three months, analyzed utility bills, calculated daily water usage, compared the results with WHO (World Health Organization) recommendations, and explored practical ways to reduce water waste.

What made this activity especially valuable was the combination of:

➖ mathematical competence

➖ environmental awareness

➖ data analysis skills

➖ critical thinking

➖ real-life problem solving

Our students became true “environmental auditors,” discovering how mathematics can help make responsible and sustainable decisions in everyday life. 📊♻️

It was inspiring to exchange ideas with educators from different countries and see how basic skills can be developed through meaningful, authentic learning experiences.

Project Closing Meeting

Our project "Let's Learn Together. Let's Grow Together #skillsforlife" has officially come to an end, and today we gathered to reflect on this meaningful journey together.

During the meeting, participants summed up the results of the project, shared their impressions, experiences, and memorable moments. It was especially inspiring to see how actively students engaged in the reflection activities. A forest of raised hands eager to share opinions, emotions, and ideas showed how valuable and impactful this project has been for them.

We are sincerely grateful to Osman Kozluca and Francesca Mancini, the founders of the project, for such a thoughtfully planned and meaningful project that united participants, encouraged collaboration, and helped develop important life skills.

Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey!

Сьогодні відбулася підсумкова зустріч проєкту "Let's Learn Together. Let's Grow Together #skillsforlife".

Учасники підбили підсумки роботи над проєктом, поділилися своїми враженнями, емоціями та досвідом. Особливо приємно було бачити, як активно до рефлексії долучилися учні. Справжній ліс рук охочих висловити свою думку ще раз підтвердив, наскільки цінним та важливим став цей проєкт для всіх учасників.

Щиро дякуємо засновникам проєкту за чудово спланований, змістовний та надихаючий проєкт, який об’єднав учасників та допоміг розвивати важливі життєві навички.

Дякуємо кожному, хто був частиною цієї подорожі!

Final Teacher Meeting

Final Teacher Meeting of our #eTwinning project "Let's Learn Together. Let's Grow Together" was held on 14 May. Partners of the project evaluated the activities carried out throughout the project, the collaborative products, students work, dissemination activities and project outcomes. Special attention was given to the European Quality Label evaluation criteria.

This meeting was an important closing activity that enabled project partners to evaluate the process together, identify the strengths of the project and demonstrate its impact.

Together we learned, produced and and grew.
