Do you agree that we see the most progress in our students when they learn new words and expressions rather than grammar? Repetition, use, visualization, and personalization are the most effective ways to remember all these things. Teachers should regularly create such opportunities for students in class. We have collected some games to help make vocabulary recycling in class more interesting 🧩 🎲 Concentration You can play this game in different ways during the lesson. For example, the teacher divides the class into small groups or partners. Students pronounce certain words together in English, complementing them by clapping their hands. Watch the video to see how such a game is played. Racing Divide students into groups of 4-5 people. Each group lines up in front of the board. The teacher says a word, and the first student from each group has to run to the board and write the sentence with it. When the sentence is written, the teacher says, "Stop". Hot seat The teacher selects vocabulary for revision and makes a list that can be relied on during the lesson. Students should be divided into two teams. One member of each team stands with their back to the board and facing their team. Сьогодні, 06.06.2022, майже 300 шкіл України розпочали участь в програмі обміну, проєкті «UKRAINE IS THE CAPITAL OF GREAT PEOPLE»! І наша школа, наші кемпери знову з GoCamp GoGlobal

Більше 800 кемперів зі своїми вчителями та волонтерами розпочали День 1 зі знайомства. Спікером сьогоднішнього дня була Христина Головко, проєктна менеджерка Інтернет-холдингу «Українська Правда», культурна менеджерка, композиторка та музикантка українського гурту «Пристані».

У таборовій команді - три школи: з Кіровоградщини, Рівненщини та Київщини(це ми)).

І з нами - Антон, наш волонтер, підприємець, інвестор, співвласник бізнесу TeamMaster та BizGames .

Сьогодні школи представляли свої команди. Всі кемпери були активними та ділилися своїм досвідом.

Наша команда - "Хутко", тому що наші кемпери:

Х - хоробрі

У - унікальні

Т - талановиті

К - красиві

О - оптимістичні

Отже, кемпери розпочали свою віртуальну подорож, яка триватиме 2 тижні! Всі сповнені позитивними емоціями та гарними враженнями.

Conversational Club with GoCamp

 Сonversational Club with volunteers from Great Britain and Australia.

Creative Camp: Ми з України" is the name of this year's GoCamp from 11 April till 27 May. 

 Different workshops, art therapy activities and even conversational clubs with foreign volunteers are 

for our campers this year. 

Our school has two volunteers. These are Stacey Wellard  from Brisbane, Australia and Robert Dunkley from Brighton, Great Britain. Fantastic atmosphere, smiles and support are great features for warm talking.

Створення безпечного середовища для дітей в умовах війни

 Надзвичайні ситуації завжди пов’язані з високим рівнем стресу та тривоги, але водночас 

вимагають від людей сфокусованості та зібраності. Мати відповіді на всі питання завчасно 

неможливо, але добре знати, де ці відповіді можна знайти, щоб створити безпечне середовище 

для себе та своїх дітей.

Учителька англійської мови Ткач Т.М.  з 26 квітня по 06 травня   провела практичний курс з психологічної підтримки для вчителів України «Створення безпечного середовища для дітей в умовах війни» в рамках програми “UKRAINE IS THE CAPITAL OF GREAT PEOPLE” від  Громадської організації GoGlobal, GoCamp. 

У програмі курсу, яка розрахована на 20 годин (10 модулів по 2 години кожен), розглядалися ряд актуальних тем, зокрема:

✅ стрес в роботі вчителя, реакції дорослого на стрес та травму; 

✅ профілактика вигорання і самодопомога при травмі та стресі;

✅ гра в навчальному процесі, як головний інструмент розвитку та подолання стресу;

✅ арт-терапевтичні засоби для дорослих та дітей;

✅ робота вчителів з батьками.

Всі учасники курсу, як говорить Тетяна Миколаївна,  отримали практичні вправи на подолання  стресу та саморегуляцію, обговорили практичні  кейси у роботі з дітьми, навчилися управляти важкими ситуаціями (булінг,сексуалне насилля, суіцидальна поведінка), як надавати психосоціальну підтримку дитині, постраждалої від війни.

Сьогодні наші кемпери у розмовному клубі розповідали волонтерам Stacey Wellard з Австралії та Robert Dunkley з Великої Британії про Україну, про міста, які вони відвідували, своє рідне місто Кагарлик. Закріпили знання про Україну за допомогою гри в Kahoot, за яку дякуємо організаторам.

І ще виявилося, що наші волонтери люблять тварин, особливо собак, тому відбувся показ своїх улюбленців.))
